Rude, arrogant woman serving. Awful customer service. Said I need proof of age to buy a YP bus ticket even though the leaflet she showed me proved I only needed to show Student ID.I've been buying this ticket for over 3 years and never a problem from Ashton, Stockport, Manchester, or Altrincham travelshops. Today was the first one who insisted on proof of age.Went to the newsagents round the corner and got my bus pass no problem.
