Used to be very customer friendly in past (last visited in July 2021). Not any more! All the old service representatives are gone. They used to go extra mile to help. Now, they don't care. Such a shame.

So popped in Saturday afternon to change the account holder and upgrade a phone, simple? Not for the pipsqueek young lady in glasses we had to deal with, absolutely everything was too much trouble, no help or use, annoyed me so much that i promptly returned home and cancelled the contract ive had with vodafone since 2004 (probably as long as this girl is old?) If you employ staff that treat long standing customers as badly as this then good luck with your business, retrain your staff id say because you will lose 3 or 4 customers a day that come up to this persons desk. Shocking , unhelpful , useless service, good riddance vodafone.

The staff were absolutely lovely. I made the mistake of trying to sort out & update my phone plan whilst it was an iPhone Release Day, after work on a Friday. Apparently that's when everyone decided to visit. I had to wait 45 minutes before being seen (should have returned another time but I was being stubborn and trying to tick it off my to do" list) as I didn't realise why everyone was in store. I was in today as I had some issues with both my datas and the broadband at home.Kev helped me out today. He was amazing, we spent about an hour and a half if not two trying to sort out my issues and he sorted it, never once he showed he was stressed about the situation, he kept his calm and helped me out in everything I needed. He was really patient with me, with the fact that my dad does not speak English very well, with the technicians and managed to sort out my broadband issue as well which is not his job as I had to ring up to sort it out. Excellent service, will definitely recommend to anyone to go to him.
