Ros's Alteration Room

Ros fitted and altered my wedding dress and she did an incredible job! I have a naturally arched back which made the dress bag slightly, and even though it was a very difficult alteration to make, Ros completed it to perfection! The dress was absolutely perfect after she had finished with it and I was so pleased! I highly recommend!

I used Ros' services through Bicester Bridal where I got my wedding dress from and wow, she was just amazing!My dress was way too big for me and over several appointments she somehow managed to make it fit me perfectly!She is so friendly and accomodating. As well as making the dress a lot smaller overall, she also added ribbon to the underneath of the straps of my dress so they didn't cut into my shoulders, added a bustle and she also added a loop into the dress so that I could hold it round my wrist if I wanted to, putting it in a special way so that you couldn't see the underlayers when doing so.She also altered my mum's dress for the wedding day and my mum can't sing her praises enough either!Nothing is too much for Ros and I am so grateful for everything she did for me.

Ros helped me when I needed alterations to my wedding dress. A large task with the dress being too large and long, as well as fine detailing on the dress needing to be removed and reattached. She made the process very relaxed and easy, being flexible with evening appointments that worked around my schedule which I greatly appreciated. She does such brilliant work. On the big day, the dress was perfect and I felt beautiful as a bride. I highly recommend.

Couldn't help me with the most basic of tasks. Declining me. Did the same to my wife for another mundane task. A mystery how they're still I'm business with how many people they must turn away. Also always seem to be closed on the days that I visit. Just all such a poor experience.
