We recently purchased furniture from Traynor’s, staff where really helpful helping us choose the furniture, we where really delighted with the quality of the furniture, the furniture was delivered on time, we definitely will be shopping here again!

Ordered sliding wardrobes with Trayors and paid £500 towards them and was told they'd take 8-10 weeks to come. Called Trayors after 8 weeks and was told by Jason to call back next week if I've received no news about delivery. So I called Traynors again after 9 weeks of waiting only to be told they haven't been ordered. Customer service handled by Jason has been nothing but insulting. He said he'll give us the full refund, which he has today, but no mention of trying to resolve the issue, still get us the wardrobes or offer us any discount on the final payment. He didn't try offer anything, just wanted to refund us and send us on our way. Simply not good enough when you've waited 9 weeks for furniture, you've paid money for and trusted this company to fulfill the order with the supplier. Wouldn't shop here again or recommend to anyone after the shoddy customer service received. Don't trust these guys with your orders.
