Chocoberry Bolton

The decor is fantastic which unfortunately gave the impression this was going to be a good experience. It was not.We ordered a waffle but when it arrived it was undercooked (surprising given how long we waited for it). When we told the person behind the counter he made us bring the plate to him and then he proceeded to try and slice his way through the waffle, eventually succeeding to show a raw centre. He pointed at the raw centre and claimed this was cooked. Given his reaction we should have known better than to ask for a crisper waffle instead. This came and it was a botched job too. We decided to scrape the Nutella and strawberries and enjoy that as a consolation. We left the waffle itself. Very disappointing experience and we will NOT be going again.

Well what can I say. Very very disappointed. Ordered a lotus biscoff cookie dough as a takeout came home discovered no ice cream in the bag, the cookie dough was hard around the edges full of sugar not sure how it was made but tasted horrible which means I had to bin the whole thing in the bin.My first time and my last time would never go back to this place again. Staff are very polite and did apologize.

Waffles, choco bites, chocolate strawberries all decent.Kunafah was okk

I visited chocoberry a couple of times and everytime they don't disappoint. The desserts are always so good especially the kanafeh. The staff are also so helpful and it's one of my favourite desserts shops.

Terrible service, desserts leave a lot to be desired. They had no hot drinks available when we visited... not great for a dessert place! I got the kunafah original... whatever that was it was definitely NOT kunafah. Dry, tasteless and what is that cheese?! Had to send it back as just awful. Was asked if I wanted something else so opted for a cheesecake thinking that's a safe bet. It arrived in a box and the consistency was nothing like cheesecake. Will not be returning. The staff are nice enough but seemed rushed off their feet. Seemed chaotic, cleanliness not the best... chairs with chocolate sauce etc.

Was a pleasant experience. Absolutely amazing friendly environment of the staff. Treats customers very well. The tall guy give very detail attention to customer service. The dessert taste is on point. Loved it will come again…..

Great addition to the growing dessert places in Bolton. Menu is good and there's something for everybody here. I'd recommend the lotus Kunefa or the Belgian chocolate kunefa. Lotus milkcake is delicious too.
