We saw the car we wanted on Batchelors online site, phoned for more details and visited the same afternoon to view it. Dan was extremely helpful and enthusiastic and because we were part exchanging our old Renault Zoe for a newer model the decision to buy was quite straightforward and we were able to complete the part exchange and sale by the end of the week. We are very happy with our 'new' car and can thoroughly recommend Batchelors of York.

I collected my new Ignis today from Chris and am delighted with the experience. As an older single woman I have bought quite a few new cars, but will never buy from a dealership that treats me as a second class, less than intelligent person. From the first visit I was invited in, spoken to like a valued customer, given a coffee and asked what I wanted. I was listened to and every thing I added was done. I really appreciated and enjoyed the time spent to get it right.

As I live 100+ miles away in Northumberland I enquired about the car online as I had been looking for this model, but was unable to source closer to me. I spoke to Nathan Vertigan who was extremely helpful and answered all questions on the vehicle and sent a video walk around which helped me make up my mind to go ahead and buy online. Nathan arranged all the necessary paperwork and sorted delivery within a week. You need to know your delivery driver (John?) is exceptional - he is certainly an asset to your company. He has an excellent manner and made sure I was happy with the car and it's operation and was able to answer ongoing questions as necessary.

Nathan was excellent! Purchased a car for my daughter and collected in a matter of days ! very efficient and smooth process and cannot fault the car and service would highly recommend!

A marvelous experience all round. I have been using Batchelors of York for a few years and I was never disappointed.When I decided to purchase a new car Alex Denton and Peter Brandon went the extra mile. We saw the car online and enquired by email about a test drive. I received a reply really quickly, and booked in to visit later that day. The car was ready and waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. The salesman Nathan Carpenter was attentive and knowledgeable, while still giving us space and time to view and try the car. At no point did I feel pushed in to buying the car, in actual fact the whole set up felt friendly and supportive but not pressured. I had spoken to another manufactures dealership, a few days before about a car I had seen on line, all the chap kept saying was, “So what will it take for us to close the deal today”! I hate that and it certainly sends my husband scurrying for the hills. Once I had decided, Batchelors were fair and efficient. I was also thrilled to find an extra set of number plates with my personal reg on, ready for when I receive the log book and can take my own plates of retention and put them on my new car.Well done Bachelor's, I will be recommending you.

Best car buying experience I've had. The salesmen are not pushy but extremely helpful and was given a fair price for my part exchange. The cars are very high quality and genuine. Thanks to Nathan and Dan for fantastic service.Would highly recommend and happy to purchase again.

Great relaxing atmosphere with no pushy salesmen. Nothing was too much trouble for them as I’d never even looked at a Suzuki car before. After a test drive with the salesman Nathan Carpenter I knew I was driving the right car for me. I collected the car today and came away having thorough knowledge of what all the switches and buttons did. Thank you so very much Nathan for all your help and advice.
