We hadn’t purchased a car in over 10 years, so when our trusted family 7 seater came to the end of the road we didn’t know where to start to find a replacement within our budget. Cris came personally recommended and contacting him was the best decision we could have made. He also took care of our old car, going above and beyond in order to get the best possible sale price, but that’s a whole other story! Cris is very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to bid on a Porsche 911 at auction and understandably had to fund the maximum bid in advance in this particular case. I had no hesitation in sending quite a substantial amount to be held and, although we didn't win the auction, I received the money back instantly. The fees are incredibly reasonable for such a high quality and transparent service. I was looking for cars like every one else. Checked the best online sites. Checking many things about the car before going to see it and once I go there to see it I would not able to buy it for many reasons. Even pushed budgets higher and started plan for a loan on the car I was to purchase which was not a good option for me. Seem like the process of finding a car was becoming daunting. The firs vehicle was purchased while in lockdown.His service was nothing but professional on both occasions. On the purchase of the second car Cris took my the first vehicle for resale. He was upfront about time frames for the resale and what needed to be done to the vehicle (MOT, service check etc)to get it ready for resale. What an absolute joy. If I ever need a new car I’ll be straight on to Chris and the team. I’ll also be recommending them constantly to friends and family.They obviously care deeply about getting you the best possible vehicle for the best possible price.As someone clueless about cars I came to them with a budget and how I’d be using the vehicle (ferrying my disabled mum and her dog around mainly urban areas) and they flagged a Skoda Yeti, a car I would never have even thought of. Suggested that it was time to go automatic for city driving, a hard sell to a resolutely manual driver, 3 days of driving has shown they were totally right.They factored in all extras such as testing, servicing and their own (very reasonable for all the work they did) fee so there was no surprise bill at the end. I even got some back!!I drove over from East London to pick up myself and left my pretty beat up car with them to sort out and find a buyer. They were very keen for it not to just be scrapped as I would have lazily done.
