Hired the Haibike 2023 AllMtn 2 720Wh Full Suspension eMTB for a wet November weekend in Wales. Was very pleased with the bike. It’s nimble on fast downs and does exactly what’s needed on the ups! Battery life was impressive too, with approx 40% left after 4-5 hours of riding. Easy booking & payment. Drop off & collection as arranged, which included some mechanical support from Harry removing my pedals! Deposit refunded straight after the booking. Bike came with tools, spares & chargers etc. Customer service was first class - I’d highly recommend!

I contacted Ebike-Escapes to hire a Ribble Gravel bike for a week, primarily to train with my children whilst I am injured. Everything about the company was really professional and straightforward... their communication was prompt, the bike was delivered to my door and Harry gave a full explanation of how the bike works and included all the extra kit that I might need. This is the first time I have ridden an e-bike and it was great, I was able to cycle pain free and keep up with the kids... an e-bike is something I can highly recommend if joint pain slows you down! I decided to extend the loan by a week and will definitely be using Ebike Escapes again. Thank you!

What an amazing company to rent bikes from! 4 lads from all over England, we met in Cirencester for a blokes weekend camping and the main plan for the Saturday was renting e-bikes and exploring. We found this company and booked 4 bikes, paying a very reasonable £60 per bike, plus a delivery charge of £55 for all 4.Right on cue the bikes were delivered to us by Harry at 8am on Saturday and we were given a quick tour of the features. The bikes were all high end and great quality, Yamaha motors, big batteries with excellent range. They were all terrain mountain bikes as opposed to hybrid road bikes but that suited us just fine. We set off and had the best day out exploring all over the area, stoped for a drink and food a few times, and by the end of the day we had done nearly 70km. There was still juice left in the battery but we’d done what we wanted.At 8pm Harry returned with his truck and loaded them up ready to take them back, and that was the end of our day with them. We had a good chat with him and explained where we’d been, what we liked about the bikes etc. we were all beaming, so much fun.These bikes were so easy to ride, extremely capable on road and on tracks through fields. We stoped a few times at various points on the journey, and the number of people who stopped and wanted to know about the bikes, genuinely interested in them. They are so obviously e-bikes, big and chunky and amazing bits of kit. People were asking all sorts of questions about the bikes and impressed by the price we paid.We would totally recommend this business. The drop off and collect service was amazing for us, it meant we lost no time trying to find bikes far away from where we were staying. I have a carerra e-bike from Halfords at home and the ones we rented today are a different level of quality. Brilliant service and a great product that we rented, we will definitely be doing this again.

Could not be happier! Harry was an absolute gem all the way through the booking/drop off/pick up process. We got told how to use the bikes and nothing was left out. The bikes themselves were brilliant just what we wanted. So a big thank you to you and your team Harry! When we muster up the courage to do another ride we will definitely be in touch.

Hired a large MTB ebike for a 4 day Hadrians wall hike. Harry gave excellent advice beforehand, the bike was fantastic, just what was needed, and they came and picked it up at the end with no fuss. They obviously love what they do and I cant rate them highly enough.
