Excellent training sessions with James who knows his stuff and tunes it to what's needed. Very well equipped gym - and Piper is lovely. Best gym I've been to, a great addition to the village. Highly recommended!

I had the best time training with Simone at Bar None. I was in town for only a few short weeks, and Simone and team were able to accommodate my busy schedule. I felt fit and strong after my workouts with Simone. I can't wait to come back next year!

I was one of the first customers when Barnone Fitness first opened in Wimbledon and it has become a second home! James is an amazing trainer and now friend, and the gym is incredibly well equipped and professional. No matter how you feel about exercise, fitness and training you will feel welcome and supported. Excellent service and excellent team all round!

Just service is spot on and wonderful fantastic PT'sWould highly recommend, I wasn't interested in gym at first but by staying on track with working out and being on top of my food (which they helped with), I started see results. I joined this small but mighty gym at the end of March having lost my way and piled on way too much pounds to be considered healthy.At the end of Sept when I got on the scales and saw I was 10kg lighter I couldn’t stop smiling all day, all week!Adam is my PT and his approach is personalised, challenging and I feel motivated to want to improve. The training technique is different here and very effective (has been for me!). I can’t believe that I can squat with weights up to 32kg and that weight + strength conditioning would help change my body shape back to something I’m more comfortable with.I’m even doing exercise when on holiday! I really look forward to my twice weekly and sometime thrice weekly sessions. Feeling stronger, fitter and so much more lighter than I’ve been for a very long time.I’ve been to many gyms over the last 13 years and tried PT but this time the PT approach was different and inspiring.Hugely grateful to Adam and James - they’re a brilliant team and definitely made me see there’s no bars to my fitness except myself and how I can overcome that in a way I never imaginedPrin
