Immersa Limited Solar Panels and Battery Storage

We were very happy with the Immersa service. Michael explained everything to us clearly and answered all our questions patiently. We liked the fact that there were no false promises.The installation was quick, neat and hassle free. The panels, battery storage and EV charger fit nicely along the side wall of the house. If anything, the equipment actually enhances the look of the house.Michael came back after the installation to explain everything and talk us through the very handy and informative App that enables us to see how much energy we're getting from the sun and also allows us to buy cheaply from the Grid and export any excess electricity to the Grid and earn money from it. I'm glad we took the opportunity to get a decent size battery as it gives us more control. It was also worth installing an EV charger, ready for when we get an electric car.Overall, a lot easier than we thought - and it's great to see that the whole system will pay for itself in less than 8 years.

We recently contacted immersa to have solar panels installed to our property. The service from start to finish was fantastic. I could not recommend them enough to anyone thinking about contacting them.

The team - starting with Michael - were all polite , interested in what they did and gave the impression that we were valued not just income source. even when we raised queries they were dealt with calmly and professionally - and accurately . The very minor damage incurred by scaffolding was fixed without fuss or query. our only slight issue was once the job was completed and signed off, that simple guide / visit to ' getting best out it' from using the app point of view would have benefited us - as a suggestion - if a 3 month check post installation might enhance what has been a worthwhile experience .

Immersa have installed 20x400W panels on our house, and 17KWh of battery storage.Michael Lamerton (sales) has been excellent from start to finish.We are very happy with the installation, there were a few initial hiccups but Immersa jumped on those snags quickly, and they were dealt with promptly and to our full satisfaction.Immersa recently installed a battery storage system to complement the existing solar panels on a commercial unit in Gloucester - a very neat installation and great communication.Great company, great team!

Just like the congratulate Immersa on supplying an Alpha T250/508 for the Bacchus Hotel Sutton on sea. The two Engineers from Immersa Joe and Lewis very professional on helping Acos Renewable Energy install there first large battery. This will Reduce the hotels energy consumption dramatically. There journey to Hotel Net Zero. EV chargers next which will be supplied by ImmersaA big shout out to Robert Miles CEO Immersa. Mark Hale Alpha UK and of course David Smith owner of the Bacchus for having the vision to make this a reality for his hotel

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone for both a great service and superb install. Fantastic experience every step of the way from start to finish, from the initial quote stage with Michael, scheduling the works with Charlotte, surveying with Paul and Joe, the install team, system handover and already first technical support this morning from Andy.Michael’s just finished the handover visit where I had one question over the PV rating set in the system. He emailed Alpha ESS who responded straightaway and changed it. Another example of great customer service.
