Mike mended our Neff warming drawer. He was excellent. Came first to diagnose the problem, ordered the part, then came back within a week to fit it. He was really great at communication and kept us informed all the way. Punctual, polite and professional. Will absolutely use Mike again and highly recommend him.

What a great and honest guy Dave is. I just gave him the fault code on my dishwasher and he immediately told me how to reset the machine, it worked. No charge. He could have said he needed to come out and then charged a call out fee, but he didn't. How great was that? Thank you Dave, I would highly recommend Appliance Geeks. I am very impressed

I have used this service for my microwave repair in November of 2021 and Mike the engineer was great quality, affordable and great customer care. However this occasion was in regards to a double oven where the bottom oven stopped working. I asked for help. He asked for a few details. Then advised me to try something over the phone and the issue was resolved instantly. I will definitely use Appliance Geeks again. Thank you again Mike

Excellent service, engineer was on time, very professional, efficient and friendly, and also gave advice on aftercare and maintenance. He was booked in to fix both the washing machine and dryer. My dryer was making a grinding noise and he found the fault instantly, there was a zip stuck on the inside of the drum, didn’t charge any extra. I would highly recommend without hesitation. All fixed in less than an hour and at a very reasonable price. Look no further
