I had a fantastic experience using Ceiba. I picked them as they are approved installers of the brand of solar& battery I wanted after research. They provided a brilliant service from start to finish, professional, polite, very responsive. They truly understand their product so you feel at ease while they install. They also troubleshot with another company to work out how to link the solar system to a water cylinder which they hadn't done before...but persisted until the system was working as expected. I really can't fault them, you get what you pay for.

Completed all the paperwork, had a call to discuss my requiredments. I'd be told I would receive a quote and heard nothing. Followed up by email, no reply. If they don't want to quote they should really say so rather than ignore people...
