Had a fouled garage door mechanism recently. Rang B&L at 7pm and he talked me through repairing it over the phone. No charge, just a true gentleman..... rare these days! No hesitation in recommending them.

We have always used a the original fitters of our shutters to repair them however they were starting to get expensive so we looked for an alternative option. I found B and L through Google and as they had very good reviews decided to get a quote from them. The quote was competitive and the work has just been completed. I cannot believe how quiet the new motors are. The lads were efficient and polite and did a great job. I have no problem recommending B and L.

A year ago I had a replacement garage door controller fitted by B&L Shutters all done very good has worked great for 364 days 1 day before the year up the one remote failed to open the door, i got in touch with B&L and even in these lockdown times at present they got back to me i explained my situation and without hesitation told me they would send a replacement fob out.I have since received this and can now open door with my keys this is truly exceptional customer service,I wish I knew someone who needed a garage door so I could recommend them.With thanks to Angela & Richard
