A very busy place specially the weekends but really nice with nice collections for luxury brands, the food hall there is just amazing, you can find a really nice selection of chocolates and pastries specially halawaat which I recommend to everyone to try it

The store's open layout sets it apart from the cramped vibe of the London branch, creating a pleasant and spacious shopping environment.The availability of helpful staff throughout the store was a big plus.The prices for items were reasonable, particularly for toys.However, I was slightly disappointed with the limited selection of squishmallows despite the impressive display.Additionally, the store's food court provided a wide variety of delicious options.Overall, it is a great shopping destination!

Very friendly, helpful, playful staff allowed me to make my video clips for content very clean, beautiful, airey atmosphere. The shoes had 20% off £715 were absolutely beautiful and comfy

Went here for the first time and got my make up matched in Selfridges in Bull Ring and was served by Natalie. Natalie has a beautiful personality and she really helped me with my foundation, concealer, blush and lipstick shade. She gave me good advice and was really lovely. Thank you so much! I had a great experience here! I bought my make up from the brand Charlotte Tilbury.
