We received a professional, friendly service from Daniel and the young lady pointe shoe fitter when my daughter and 3 of her friends went for their first pointe shoe fitting yesterday. This also included advice on how to look after the shoes and how to sew in the ribbons. The staff were thorough and kind and they made it an enjoyable experience all round. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you!

From the moment we walked through the door we was welcomed . 30 minute appointment turned into over an hour. It’s was my daughters first pair of pointe shoes,and I felt you went above and Beyond to make sure they were perfect and she was happy.Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.Thank you so much x

Me and my daughter was really happy with our experience at Pandr. Friendly and helpful staff. 1st class service. They were brilliant with my daughters point shoe fitting, making sure the shoes fit correctly and lots of advice given. Very happy customers

A fantastic friendly service. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed having her first pointe shoes fitted, a moment she has been waiting for for a long time. Great advice given from a knowledgeable staff member. We will be returning for all of our dance requirements!

The moment we entered, to the moment we left we was welcomed and served straight away. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lady who help my daughter, fitted her with her pointe shoes was polite, knew what she was doing and had excellent customer service skills overall highly recommend using this store for purchasing clothes and fitting shoes I know I will be using them again. I certainly don't mind driving to Doncaster when you get excellent service.Thank you.

Had a few problems knowing the type of ballet and tap shoes to order my daughter online due to covid. Gave it a shot but emailed the shop to let them know I’d struggled. Dan emailed back straight away, got my previous orders up, said based on previous orders he thought I’d made a mistake and would I like him to use his judgement to change my order. I said yes and he’s sent through the right shoes. Can’t get any better service than these guys. Nothing is too much trouble and to me that kind of service deserves loyalty from customers. I’ll never shop anywhere else for my girl’s dancing things.

Wow, what a difference it was to come here for my daughters pointe shoes rather than where we had previously been. Very friendly and informative service and I feel confident that she has been correctly fitted here. The only place I'll be coming for my daughter's shoes from now on. Highly recommended
