Moonbeamers Drive-In Cinema

First drive in movie, great experience, very well organised and very clear instructions before and on arrival. Perfectly socially distanced if anyone has concerns, no contact with others at all. Obviously if you needed toilets they were available. Food and drink available via app and delivered to your car. If you don't like apps easy enough to take your own food and drink in car. We watched the latest Bond film, it was really great. Best Saturday night out for us in a long while. Took blankets and pillows but we stayed pretty warm in car. Great night thank you, will definitely do again in near future.

A great date night idea or somewhere to take the kids! We won tickets through sky vip and were not disappointed. We received a free bag of popcorn when we parked which had our location number on for ordering more food and drinks to the car. The film was put through our car radio so we could hear it clearly and the picture quality was OK. It was a hot night when we went so several cars had windows open and there was a delay with the sound on some cars who had it loud so we could hear it out of sync. Otherwise, a great night out!

Very well organised system getting the cars in to position, the staff are friendly and the sound through the FM station is really clear. The food ordering process is excellent with delivery to your car, a free bag of popcorn has a sticker on it with the location number for your car, you need this when ordering food and drinks. Overall we really enjoyed our first visit to the drive-in, and would love to visit again.

Had a great time at witham rugby club, sound started a little quiet but after staff who you could see were testing it and ran back and the audience with a fun and cheerful shout of “turn it up” that was quickly resolved. A fun, enjoyable evening out. Would go to more. The beers and bar of witham rugby club (separate to moonbeamers were also good)

Enjoyable but amazing how many people don't know how to switch their daytime/running car lights off though!! Felt sorry for the people who had to sit behind the bright back lights of a mini throughout the entire film (they were asked to cover the lights with blankets which they did but they were still too bright - surely the owners could just switch everything off for two hours or just don't bother coming to a drive in movie). Mother in car next to us allowed her kids to sit in the front seats, kids who then promptly switched the front side lights on illuminating the car in front, mother didn't appear to notice for about 20 minutes! Getting cars into position at the beginning was well organised and the instructions/film sound came through the car speakers on an FM channel. Compere/host was informative and funny :) Thought the price per person/per car could've been a bit cheaper, came to approx £27 for two people/one car including a bag of popcorn. Popcorn/food was good, ordered the additional food online direct to the car from the onsite food van (had nacho hot dogs); felt that service worked well. We would consider going again in the future.

We saw scream 2022 at this drive in. The place was well sign posted. Entry to the venue and parking was dealt with very efficiently. The screen was large and the film was good. They had food which you could order via the app. While there was a delay due to the number of people ordering, the food itself was lovely and the portion size was good. The toilets were also really nice and clean! Defo coming back to see more films in the future xx

Sitting at Witham Rugby club listening to really bad karaoke. The film was going to start 20 minutes . It’s like being in bad bar in Benidorm. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Kids running around. It’s a shambles!!!

Great night at Witham Rugby Club watching The Greatest Showman. Screen and sound quality fantastic once it was checked within the first couple of minutes.A very enjoyable evening and I thought it was very brave of such young children to have a go at singing in front of a large audience during the 15/20 mins of karaoke before the film started.
