We could choose based on their personality and match to our family, rather than the basics like ability.

Called to enquire about fulltime nanny, the lady I spoke to was more interested for me to receive the terms and conditions of anything else! Very impersonal service, she didnt ask who we are, what we do, nothing about the kids, but only what salary we wanted to pay! I wondered how is their recruitment process? Definitely not for us and our children's! The was very unprofessional and not bothered

Just wanted to say I am passionate about my career as a nanny and believe north London nannies have helped me massively. They have helped me grow and develop my skills. I have gained lots of experience and all down to this company. Would highly recommend anyone who is using an agency.
