Where to start? Fitted the door and had got resin/glue all over my brand new drive, 40 blocks had to be removed and replaced as no covers put down. After this the garage door then had a leak where said glue wasn’t used and inside was becoming soaked. Once I actually used the door the internal lats are scratched to bits, thus causing it to become rusty if left exposed. Came out finally after months and replaced them…. Said something stuck in the clips on the top shouldn’t happen again…. Week later all lats damaged and scratched again, tried contacting and ringing left to no avail… wouldn’t use this company ever do not have a clue what they’re doing and will be escalating this to trading standards as I can see this has happened to numerous people

Had a electric double door fitted to my garage, had to call back out as door stuck and scratched all the panels, was asked if I'd forced the door??? Fixed and said would replace scratched panels, never heard anything back. Last week door stuck again rang for repair and left answer phone message, still waiting for a reply! Called out professional garage door repair company who said the rings and brackets used to fit the door where not appropriate for double garage and very cheap rings and brackets used. Had all rings and brackets of good quality replaced at a cost of £495 pound, thought I was doing the right thing supporting local business but would definately not recommend. Still waiting for return call customer service disgraceful.
