A fantastic removal company!They made a very stressful day,so much easier.Nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly.They were polite, helpful and efficient.They were worth every penny and I would definitely recommend this company.

November 2023.What a superb service!An excellent house removal project carried out by a team of professionals.From the first meeting with Kate, who was punctual and carried out the assessment of requirements.The quote arrived the next day.On the day of the move a text arrived to tell us they were on their way.Again punctuality, they arrived on the dot (maybe a few minutes early).Then the graft began!Mark, Ryan and Josh had the house cleared into the truck in just over 3 hours(amazing work guys).The same professional, efficient job was carried out at our new abode.The job also included dismantle and reassembly of furniture and disconnect/reconnect of a washing machine.What a magnificent team!!A top notch removal company.Many thanks to all at Jones Removal company.

Well, I don't know where to start! From beginning to end the service was exceptional. I asked 3 removal companies to visit my home and quote for my move. The whole team were professional, friendly, and hard working. Even at the end of the day they must have been exhausted moving everything, but still nothing was too much trouble and they were still cheerful and polite. When my boxes were all unpacked, they were collected quickly and on time, as promised. I would have no hesitation in recommending this family business.

The team was excellent, very easy to organise the pack up, moving and disposal of some surplus furniture items.Will be using them again. we would recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job for us; efficient, cheerful and careful with all our gear. They happily dealt with unexpected obstacles (sofas that needed lowering out of windows, chairs to be dismantled, that sort of thing), and were very diplomatic with neighbours at our new address who kept asking them to move their van (very narrow road). All the arranging was straightforward and easy, thanks to Kate. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks!

Jones Services Removals & Storage provided a high quality service at a very competitive price. Always available to contact on phone and text to respond to queries promptly. When the guys arrived they were courteous, efficient and professional and emptied my house in no time and even waited patiently whilst we were waiting for keys before moving us in to our new house!Customer service and satisfaction is clearly at the top of their core values (not enough of that these days i think!) and it shows.Thoroughly recommended!

Can I say what a fantastic service we had from Mark and the crew when they moved us last week, They came nice and early and had emptied my house by 11.30am, they worked non stop and very organised and looked after all the boxes and furniture, loved how they cover it with protected covering, and did a brilliant job of moving it all into the new house, putting together the table and sofa and made sure everything was fine. Also thanks to Kate on the admin side for her help as we had a few issues waiting for a moving date. The whole team work amazing and made it a less stressful move. Would definitely recommend them to anyone moving house! Thanks guys especially how warm it was when we moved.
