Helpful and knowledgeable staff, was offered a visit that afternoon to look at my existing fireplace and options were carefully considered and advice given. New fireplace was fitted with care and looks amazing, a mere 2 weeks later. Very happy customers.

Their showroom has a wide range of fires and stoves in working mode with catalogues to supplement. It is staffed by knowledgeable, experienced and ably communicative staff who answered all our queries patiently and informatively, especially in regards to our price range and energy efficiency.We were kept very well informed of their schedule for fitting. The fitting team were excellent. They were punctual, efficient, wonderfully clean and not at all disruptive or inappropriate. Very thorough overall - even checking the state of our boiler!The result of the project is that we now have an efficient fire, easily controlled, aesthetically pleasing in appearance and which heats the whole living room.
