I recently switched to this clinic after being dissatisfied with my ENT and their handling of my treatment. I am very glad I made this change, as Dr Arun has been such a reassuring and supportive person to work with to more accurately diagnose my suite of interconnected conditions and agree a treatment plan. The appointments are far longer than by my ENT and I've found it reassuring to have ample time to discuss any test results, my progress, and next steps, and have time to answer my questions. He takes a very honest, pragmatic approach that comes from knowing this area of disorders well, and is thorough in assessing all possible causes. He has been very patient in explaining things to me (lots of helpful diagrams!), answering all my questions and ensuring I understand what is happening and why; this understanding is helping me better manage my own care at home and better articulate my symptoms when we meet. I also really appreciate that audio and vestibular facilities are on-site, so you do the tests and can immediately discuss the results with the doctor, without waiting weeks. Overall, it's been a great place to seek treatment and I feel much better about my situation and treatment/management since making the change. I definitely recommend it to anyone suffering from an audiovestibular disorder.

I saw Dr Arun Pajaniappane in regards to a vestibular condition I've suffered with for nearly 3 years without much progress & hope of getting better. He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable allowing me plenty of time to ask questions and explain them. It was extremely refreshing to be listened to and offered a plan of action to deal with my symptoms. Highly recommend!

I have tinnitus and hyperacusis and Dr Rudy Panaliappan was extremely professional and kind. Unlike other ENTs he didn't tell me there is nothing you can do and learn to live with it. He ran a thorough physical test initially (legs ,hands,eyes ,balance ...) ,then asked in detail about my medical history while he was intently taking notes .Finally, he ordered the usual audiological tests plus an extra loudness test for my nose sensitivity .In fact, the audiologist ran a more in-depth test up to 16 khz on my request rather than the usual 8khz. This gave very invaluable information as to the pitch of my tinnitus which I have matched online to 14khz. Bingo,as the graphs sided a clear issue there .My tinnitus frequency correctly matched in pitch .He went through each test one by one ,frequency by frequency explaining all my questions with patience and knowledge .He offered a Cbt referral and discussed pink noise protocol with me.He mentioned he would contact my GP discussing other line of treatment of Cbt failed .Definitely a world of difference compared to my previous (renowned) ENT who was very rude to the nurse in front of me and you could tell he wasn't there to take questions .It is one of the few doctors where you have the feeling he is trying to sort the problem and help you and will spend the time necessary for you .Other doctors just rush and show you the door in 15-30 minutes .I almost spent an hour with a top ENT.Did I mention the audiologist works in the adjacent room so no need to walk up and down a hospital .She saw me immediately after the physical evaluation and medical history .Thank very much doctor for your time and knowledgeAOL

I really appreciated my appointments with Doctor Rudy. For the first time since I began suffering from vertigo several months ago, I began to understand what causes my symptoms, which consequently meant that the vestibular exercise programme I have been set made sense. Doctor Rudy is a superb diagnostician.

Dr. Palaniappan meticulously explained the potential root causes of my tinnitus, detailing the rationale behind the tests he planned to run, which fostered a sense of transparency and trust.His assistant mirrored his professionalism, executing the hearing tests with utmost precision and care. Following the tests, Dr. Palaniappan took the time to discuss the results in-depth.I came away from the appointment feeling significantly better informed and equipped to manage my tinnitus effectively. The patient-centric approach, paired with the medical expertise displayed by Dr. Palaniappan and his assistant, not only alleviated my concerns but also instilled a sense of confidence in the treatment plan.
