I had the most beautiful experience twice with the Flowers and Plants team at the Kensington High Street shop into Whole Food. The first one was for the Christening of my 2 girls when they did with love and care all the arrangements for the church and restaurant. The second one was for an school event with and stunning bouquet. Very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly team. Their service and dedication is outstanding! Truly and highly recommend them!!

I ordered the Kentia Plant but was sent a cheaper similar plant instead, without any note. Thankfully I noticed this and asked F&P Co for my original order. They indeed told me it was incorrectly sent and my original order will be now sent next week. However my follow up emails asking for confirmation has been ignored twice now. I received a discount through work which is the main reason I chose this company, Will be raising this issue internally. Very disappointed so far, WILL CHANGE AND EDIT MY REVIEW IF MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

Ordered a Terrarium in Hourglass vase as an anniversary gift for my partner.It was delivered a couple of days late missing the anniversary and they sent the wrong one!I emailed the customer support team letting them know the issue i had but they did not respond.

Would not even give this place one star !Ordered flowers for a friend in the UK from Australia for a funeral and they arrived almost dead and wilted.Both me and my friend contacted the company as for a refund and they just sent her another bunch (which were even MORE wilted and almost dead on arrival) and not what we asked for.Their customer service is non existent,they clearly don’t care about quality or service.Don’t waste your money.Use one of the many other lovely florists.

Yulia and her team in the High St Ken branch are amazing. We booked bouquets from her for our A-level Leavers' dinner a few years in a row and every time she has proven to be a great florist. Our students love the colour combinations as well as the freshness. The delivery service is also very helpful. Would recommend.

My husband ordered a large bunch of roses for me for Mother's Day as he was out of the country. They looked a bit battered on arrival and the bouquet didn't come with any food, but I followed the instructions and hoped they would perk up soon. They never did and by Wednesday/Thursday the vast majority were dead. When he emailed to complain he was told that they were only expected to live for 4-7 days. Surprisingly they hadn't mentioned that in the description online! I would avoid this company in future. My mother in law had a similar experience with M&S once and received a full refund and a voucher as a goodwill gesture. Clearly the customer service team here couldn't care less.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Will not deliver your flowers (on time). No apology, had to call customer support 3 times to get my money back.

Nice flowers, but don’t use if outside London.I ordered red and white sheaf and a white spray both in a deluxe size for my fathers funeral. They arrived the day before but were two bouquets.When I rang I was advised that flowers aren’t delivered in an arrangement if ordered outside London, which I understand but wasn’t not made aware and no info on their website to advise.They asked me to email so I could be compensated, I’ve chased three times since but no reply.Nice flowers but not worth £136 and the stress of finding another florist the day before my dad’s funeral

never use this company ever. sending flowers to your loved ones is something you want to go smoothly, but this company failed me with that. they will offer you refund but as you know it’s not about the money it’s just sending flowers you pay for to the destination in agreed time window.i selected morning delivery the day before, and they completely missed my order, i called them 6 times and every time they promised to get back to me and never did.
