Useless receptionists - arrive well before appointment, sign in. Lady tells me I'm in and to wait for my appointment. 1 and a half hours later, nothing, I go and ask, and the same lady says I'm not signed in! Ask her to sign in properly again, and within 5 minutes I'm seen... they don't deserve their jobs in the slightest, total incompetence

Helen the on the desk is by far the rudest most patronising old woman Iv ever come across. She makes me sad every time I have to visit the place or ring then. She belittles you over phone when ringing for a prescription. You can’t hsve it sorry it’s too late! 12-32 pm 2 minis later than the cut off time. And I have been on the phone since 11am trying to get through. Her respond is sorry you have Monday. - WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS EVER! She’s is absolutely disgusting in ever way.

The receptionists at this surgery are a disgrace they have deplorable communication skills and dont show the empathy the patients should get. They are rude and very unhelpful. They should remember without patients there would be no surgery

Very sporadic quality of administration/reception staff. Some are helpful, but a few whom I've had to engage with regularly have been very actively unhelpful and even rude. Those few poor staff make working with the GP very unreliable.

absolutely shocking service, i am in a really bad medical situation been refereed by 3 nurses and they refuse to help because they’ve had “too many students sign up” even though they have a duty of care luckily 111 has been helpful and got me a doctor to speak to not in this shambles of a health centre. Will never be calling here again couldn’t bare to speak to the moody lady again. I wish i could give this zero stars

Procedures are so backwards. Rang to arrange a blood test. Not as simple as one may seem. Apparently I have to go to another medical centre to get a form to fill in and drop off either at harbourside or the hospital for a blood test to then be arranged? Asked if a doctor could simply determine whether I needed a blood test and was advised no. On previous experiences I have encountered rude staff also.

Trying to arrange a doctors appointment here is like visiting the pope for breakfast. It has become a regular thing in the past year to spend over an hour at the correct time" calling the surgery. Even if you do manage to get through to the surgery it will 8/10 times ring without an answer before the line drops out. Usually if you are somehow given the time as someone in a busy job to eventually speak to someone

I wish I could give this a 0. A nurse at the centre on March 13th injected a family member with AZ Jab. She went on to have what appeared to ve a stroke , was hospitalised for 6 days, although not diagnosed, Morriston have been perplexed by it.Since she is unable to walk unaided, is collapsing all the time, no one knows what is wrong with her. This nurse is not aware of what's in the vaccine ans no doubts sleeps well at night. PLEASE check thoroughly on the ingredients in this fullly untrialed vac . Trials do not end until 2023 and that is not confirmed. This vac is unlicensed and not approved by the FDA. Only for emergency uses.Surgeries get given bonues for these and they have targets to reach. Is £12.50 to £35 all peoples wellbeings are worth to them? The nurse who administered this had no idea of ingredients or side affects. That amounts to complete medical negligence. For further information I urge you to check the Gov Website Yellow Card Mrna Section. Or visit the many vac damages forum's on line.It could save your life or someone you love.

They are useless just repeating the same i cant give you an appointment over and over again i have never been trated so badly in surgery by the receptionists, your new online system doesnt work and now i am left with saying what i want to be looked in my blood test when i should be allowed to get an appointment with my gp for her to decide what should be looked for in my blood test according to my symptoms, i have been holding off to change surgery because of location being close to my home. But i will not accept to be trated this way anymore. Save your time and do not go here, this isnt a one time only Ive been treated this way for 2 years now so is not a one isolated bad experience. Do not waste your time here.

I can honestly say that since moving across to Harbourside Surgery I feel much less anxious about having to contact my GP now.Every receptionist and GP I have spoken to so far has been nothing but helpful. They have such a difficult job which has of course been made much worse by Covid and events of the last few years. Please remember to be kind when you call! They do a difficult job and are doing their very best. Thanks Harbourside!
