I see other people have had the same experience, fobbed off because staff couldn't be bothered to help when asked if they have something. I was looked at like I had come up from the drains in the wrong direction. I know i definitely showered this morning. I got the response that I must go to that corner, if we have it, it will be there. Yes I'm the merino wool guy. And I'm not something you may have stepped on in the street. I don't mind if you don't have something, just help me out. Perhaps offer to check if a different store had it. Perhaps recommend an alternative? At least confirm you DEFINITELY dont have it. You know, do your job. Pathetic treatment and service.

Great service,, returned an item today without a receipt and made an exchange. They went to the effort to find proof of purchase on the system where most places wouldn’t have bothered. Very happy thank you

A decently sized Sports Direct store with lots of different sports clothing and supplies. I've purchased a few items here and have never had any issues. However, there is only one small changing room which isn't very well covered up so there's room for improvement.

I have been really appalled by the treatment the manager of this store on tues 29th meted out to me . I had a problem which he didn’t seem to be able to help me with at all . He accused me of possibly selling a voucher and trying to get another from this store. Wow he really needs to learn some customer relation skills. He also refused to help me in other ways I suggested.. what a shame when I had a brilliant service from the Bury St Edmunds manager and an assistant , who couldn’t do enough to help and resolved my problem . I hope this manager will have to do some retraining . I left the store insulted and upset ..I’m 70 yrs old and don’t feel I deserve this sort of treatment .

Do not trust the staff. They don’t give you the proper service to customers and they’re really hesitated to give the applicable discounts to the customers. They’re not happy to give the blue light card holder discounts. I’m an example for that. I purchased for £198 and I’m eligible to get the 10% discount, but they didn’t gave me the discount after I showed them the physical ID and the blue light card. They told me that they added the discount on my receipt, but when I checked the receipt at the same time, they didn’t added the discount on it.. so don’t trust them. Fraud staff members..!!! Beware when you purchase!!!

Twice in one week I had to go in this shop and on both occasions all the staff I'd asked for help in finding something were very rude and unfriendly, in fact don't visit this shop and expect anything less than feeling like you're being a nuisance

Went today. All Nike bags out of stock. Apparently sold out over Summer. Its now October and not restocked?Staff not helpful compared to other stores... that's if you can find a staff member!

Had to take back a worn pair of trainers that were brought online. Marks and hairs on them, no label but marks on soles! And had the pleasure of paying £5 delivery originally to have to drive round trip of 30 miles to exchange for an out-of stock replacement.

I was in this store yesterday shopping for shoes with my daughter, there was only one member of staff on floor his name is Charles my experience he was amazing running here there everywhere ,he is credit to you're store and company .I think a store that big needs more staff although he was on his own with busy store he done his best please could you make sure he sees this message and give him bonus
