I went to Dan with lower back pain , something that I had been dealing with for a while and had seen other practitioners but had no success, Dan helped me understand his thoughts behind my pain and then structured me a great plan to do in between our visits, now I’m very much enjoying my hobbies pain free :) thanks Dan! I would Highly recommend!

I went and visited Dan at light joints physio therapy, as I was having some issues with plantar fasciitis and poor ankle mobility.We started off with a diagnosis, as he wanted to find out what the route cause of the issue was and that there was nothing else that could be causing my pain & poor mobility.From this Dan was able to create a tailored plan for me to help solve my issues. This included a strengthening and stretching/flexibility programme and we also booked in some further appointments so that we could test and make sure the programme’s were working. We were even able to book online video sessions, when I wasn’t able to visit with him face to face.I was very impressed by how thorough Dan was at trying to understand what approaches/ treatments would be best for myself and also his depth of knowledge.
