Steve recently installed my downstairs WC. He was very professional and polite. Did a great job which is never an easy task considering age and size of my property. Would highly recommend Steve. Thanks again.

He will put the pipe work in the most convenient place for him so he does the minimum amount of work required, but the pipework will end up in aesthetically inappropriate places (will need to be boxed in), for example, down the middle of a wall instead of in a corner, along the outside of a stud wall instead of inside a stud wall. He will always refer back to his written quote and his default excuse is I did what was in the quote" as his quotes are very non specific and generic to enable him to hide behind them. Whatever you ask him to do verbally

Skills Direct Ltd in Trowbridge, needed to call Steve in a panic, our toilet flush had broken in the office and we only have x1 toilet for 7 employees. He responded very promptly and arrived within an hour. A new flush was installed and the toilet fully functional again. Steve was efficient, calm and professional, our building is in a listed building and the pipework not in a good condition, which made the job more complicated than initially thought. I would have no issue recommending this company in the future or using again if needed.

Steve appeared literally within minutes of us phoning him. He quickly fixed our washing machine waste pipe under the sink which had been leaking, so that we could safely use the kitchen sink again. His prompt and efficient service means that we'll definitely be using him again!

Steve recently refitted our family bathroom and we are very happy with the result. His quote was very reasonable, he brought a good team with him, they finished in good time and were very tidy in their work. As always with these projects, some building related challenges emerged but they were identified, explained and worked through or around. I can honestly recommend Steve and will use him again.
