I initially had a good experience but after a website overhaul they became unresponsive to support requests and failed to prevent the tracks they distributed for my label from being taken down by SoundCloud copyright protection.

Initially decided to join 3tone because we wanted someone that could be on hand when something went wrong. And initially they were very responsive and helpful. However, for months there have been issues with uploading tracks, logging the correct meta data, the correct social media clips being uploaded, the song is ALWAYS taken down on soundcloud cause it's not been cleared ... we only managed to resolve a few of these issues after repeatedly chasing 3tone. But now they've been unresponsive about our issues for over a month, which is quite frankly DISGUSTING customer service. Don't know why we paid money for this. I didn't want to take it to google, but see no other option as there has been zero communication or attempt to rectify the situation.
