As a busy Dental Surgery we require our PCs to be running smoothly and they was not in the slightest I decided it was time to call for help. I asked for recommendations and this place came up tops and I'm not surprised as to why. Heather listened to all the issues we was having was able to quickly come to the surgery to have a look at at what we have and what can be done to help. Within 24 hours all of my options were down on paper.Changing of PCs, removing files from old computers was so easy for these guys. I cant thank Heather and Stuart enough for all there help. From start to finish changeover was smooth, time effective, cost effective and was just 100% professional.Cant recommend them enough.

I think I may have found the answer to the problem, while connecting the 4 external hard drives it crashed again. Worked out an external drive failure puling the computer down. Absolutely fabulous care. I had a problem with my PC not being able to boot for over a week and had lost the will to continue on my own. A friend recommended this business, I was absolutely blown away. Not only did they come to collect the PC but I could see how much care and consideration was put into looking after my PC. As it was costly this was actually a big concern for me. The next day I had my answer and they replaced the failed part. Not only that but they delivered my PC back in record time, sooner than expected, they went above and beyond to get my PC back to me ASAP.If you are looking for a place to trust with your computer, this would be it! I have no hesitation about using them again and to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs help. I couldn't say more positive things about them. Was having a big problem with Outlook 365 on a new laptop I had bought. I took it to Central Computers (having made a prior appointment) and all was sorted while I waited in under 30 minutes. Very friendly, courteous and very professional - and all at a fair price. HIGHLY recommended.

Recently we had a problem with our PC. Heather at Central Computers was extremely helpful in taking the PC explaining in detail the possibilities for moving forward.The fact that the computer was old made us decided to go for a new machine.This was designed with our needs in mind and we were kept informed throughout the process to ensure we were completely satisfied.The bonus for us was that the set up was exactly as we had before with transfer of all data/apps completed. This made it easy to take home, set up and use with minimal effort.We have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and efficient family business to anyone with any computer issues.

I am the king of procrastination! If an item breaks in my house sadly I can't go out and replace it, rather it's the beginning of a thorough investigation (beginning with reviews from 'Which' magazine etc) However, there is an exception to this: when Microsoft's support for Windows 8.1 was coming to an end and I needed to upgrade, I had no hesitation in immediately contacting Central Computers for my (new) PC requirements. Previously (8 years ago) very impressed with their service, and the same was true now in 2023! Thank you.
