Fantastic! The instructors (Lines and Lucy) were great- so welcoming and enthusiastic. Great tutors and made us feel safe and confident in the water. They were able to send us some awesome photos and videos afterwards as well. When two of our party had to cancel at short notice, Offaxis were able to refund me quickly and without issue. I can’t express how much fun we had. Would definitely book through them again.

Absolutely amazing!! We were fortunate enough to have Jonny taking our lesson, he made us feel welcome and really tried to educated us on the sea and currents to keep us safe! Nothing was rushed, super patient and he really encouraged us to keep trying, we were a mixed age group and mixed abilities, he was able to support us all!The guys up at the shop were amazing too! Really helpful and got us kitted out quickly!Can’t recommend enough!We can’t wait to surf here again!

3 of us went on a group wake boarding session with Brett from Offaxis. We had an amazing time and learnt so much in a very short space of time. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we were booking and Brett was a great instructor - knowledgable, patient and great fun. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to give wake boarding a try for the first time or to refine their skills.

I recently purchased a fishing kayak from the Pwllheli harbour store along with wetsuit and floatation vest.Johnny, Bret and Michelle were extremely helpful and friendly.First class service from great professionals.Highly recommended.

Superb lesson with Brett from Offaxis. The guy knows what he’s doing and helps to build your confidence and improve massively. We paid £100 for him to come out for 2hrs on our boat and it was money very well spent. We learnt more in 2hrs with Brett than 2 years by ourselves. He had us getting up, doing surface 180’s and jumping within no time at all. You won’t regret it.

Very nice staff, nicer shop than the building may suggest and responsible-minded staff, who’d rather drip a surf lesson if the conditions are critical than just take your money. Highly recommended if you want to take a serf lesson at Hell’s Mouth.
