Abusive driver when requested to slow down whilst a pensioner was trying to cross the road near road works on a private housing estate in Abergele this morning at 09:30am. ROAD RAGE or what!

Absolute let down. We had booked a mini bus for a family function and the bus never turned up. The company failed to answer any calls all evening, including the managers personal number which we managed to source. The company were quick enough to take a deposit. I would never recommend this company to anyone, there needs to be an option for zero stars.

Phoenix has been taking us to Manchester for the football over the last two seasons , must have done about sixty trips and they have been a dream to deal with .Lindsey is friendly and efficient and every one of the drivers we have had have been friendly and accomadating , we might have had a poor season football wise but with phoenix the trips have been great.. Looking forward to August !

Phoenix Transport definately deserves a 5 star rating. Excellent price, very reliable. Lindsey was very friendly and made us all feel very welcome on her minibus as she drove us too a church wedding and then onto the venue. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much. Will definately use you in the future and highly recommend you to friends amd family. And also she was a Welsh speaker which was great as most guests were 1st language Welsh.
