This agency and our landlord will try to take as much money from your deposit for stupid things. They tried to claim the most bogus things from us at the end of tenancy almost costing us 600 pounds even though we made no damages and ensured the house was spotless before we left. If they do this I would recommend utilising your deposit protection service. Would not recommend especially to students and the staff were rude and unhelpful.

Sadly I had left 5* a few months ago but was not expecting what I am about to write today. AVOID this agency! When you leave the property, they will steal money from your deposit - they took £460 from my deposit only for some dust that had been left behind the bed, and commented that the property had been 'cleaned to a poor standard'. Been living in the UK for years and have rented many properties, this is the first time this happens! And they won't listen to any of your arguments. I would definitely NOT recommend.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Both the agency and landlord will treat you disgustingly, robbing you for every penny during and after your tenancy with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolutely awful experience, even if you do everything right!!Although I am not a tenant I have seen first hand the stress this has put a family member through dealing with yourselves which is why I have left a review to warn others, as my family member is not the first person this has happened to.

The maintenance team is fab! I had a few maintenance requests right after I moved in, so once I submitted them a date was arranged for maintenance to visit. Everything was fixed perfectly, very grateful for the excellent service.

I would like to thank Laura and Tomaz for the amazing and swift response dealing with a flooding toilet late on a Friday night. Both of them was fantastic, made it so simple with clear communication. Absolute credit to the team at Tenant Link.Thank you againDarren

The maintenance team is impressive - their response to issues was really fast. Had an issue with the sink tap, filled the maintenance form, got a call from Laura who arranged maintenance for the day and it was all fixed within hours. Safe to say, we're very pleased.

By Far the Best Agent in Southampton! Every time I have phoned and visited the office all members of staff that I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful and have always responded within a quick time frame to ensure that we were provided with the answers that we wanted.It has been such an easy process from the start to finish. We have now moved in to a managed property of Tenant Link's and not had one problem. I would most definitely recommend Tenant Link for any rental properties in Southampton.

Rachel was lovely during the whole process of referencing. This is my first rented property that has not been a shared house and Rachel has been the sweetest being so helpful throughout the process.Would definitely recommend for other professionals or even first time renters if you are students. Speaking on behalf of myself and three other housemates, we have experienced the WORST service with Tenant Link over the passed year.After reading some other recent reviews it comes as no surprise. The will try and take as much of your deposits as they can get, even after keeping the house clean and tidy ready for the new tenants to take over, they tried to claim nearly £600 of our deposit. Luckily after many frustrating emails and photographic & video proof from the day we moved in we managed to half this figure to £300. I personally would avoid this agency at all costs, they try to take as much money as they can off you, In addition unprofessional and rude staff. If you do decide to proceed ensure you photograph and video the entire property on day one.
