I loved the place, this is one of the best Estate agents in the Manchester. I rented a property from them and I am well impressed with their services. They go extra mile and help you and will not leave you in middle of nowhere like some bad sheep in the industry. I stayed there in the property for one and half years and never had any problems or troubles and even I called them once at midnight to report a electricity fault and to my surprise one of their electrician attended the property in one hour and my issue was resolved. I feel happy to write these line for their good work.

Appalling service. DO NOT LET THEM RENT YOUR PROPERTY - YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID ON TIME. Our payments are constantly delayed - you're never able to speak to a professional person on the phone. We currently have not received the rent for October, November and December despite the tenants having paid Black Stone. AVOID!

Poor service. Don’t answer call, or ring back after leaving voice mails. Did this for 4 consecutive days until I finally got through to them. Said they will send me an email with property info yet failed to do so, called them back once again for the cycle to repeat. Disappointing indeed
