I can't review the actual food, because two nights in a row we placed an order with this place and twice the order was cancelled with no explanation. I tried to ring them and nobody answered, and I sent them a message via Facebook which has been seen but ignored. Won't be trying again

We ordered for the first time this weekend, we ordered a strawberry waffle that had probably in total 1 strawberry on it chopped up, while there was so much chocolate it was more chocolate waffle than strawberry. The waffle was raw dough in the middle! It needed probably another minute or two.

Daughter was really excited to try Dessert Avenue. Unfortunately the waffles were raw in the middle and the toppings had been crushed to almost a fine powder. Thankfully the children enjoyed tango ice blasts. Very disappointed

Was ok my partner got a white bueno shake which was lovely and I got a knocked boker which was lovely but I had a bueno waffle and it looked lovely but when I cut it the inside was not cooked it was gloopy and white. I cannot add pictures but I did not eat it

a mixed experience! waffles, shakes and sundaes are great but the cheesecakes aren’t great. they’re all the same cheap vanilla cheesecake with a very light portion of topping. the red velvet cake isn’t bad but it’s definitely not red velvet cake - it’s a very light vanilla sponge, similar to pandan cake, with a marshmallowy topping (no chocolate/beetroot cake/cream cheese icing)

Ordered a banana Sundae; a Lot of cheap ice cream; a tiny amount is tiny nuts; no whipped cream. A few slices of banana. Very unsatisfactory….
