Puck Stop

My partner and I went ice skating for the first time in a few decades a few weeks ago and remembered how much we enjoyed it as a children. What we did forget was how uncomfortable the hire skates are so decided to invest in our own. Puck Stop had great reviews and we liked that they do fittings. We popped in this morning and found that they were busy, but were happy to wait. The lady at the till was really helpful and got someone to serve us. Lenny was amazing, we were very much out of our depth but he made us feel super comfortable. We got our feet measured, boots fitted and it was a super easy process. Lenny was really great at explaining what I'm sure is basic stuff but really beneficial. We bought our skates, got them sharpened (included in the price) and our soft and hard blade covers. The lady asked if we wanted our hard covers cutting to size (we had no idea what this meant at the time but agreed) and Lenny sorted that out. We popped across to the ice arena for a skate and my god the skates were amazingly comfy. I can say happy feet, happy skaters! Definitely worth the trip (as we are not local). 5* from us and a massive thank you!

As a buyer from the United States I was weary of buying from them. Their customer service is top notch. Very good communication. You can tell they go out of their way to be transparent about everything. I ordered on a Wednesday morning and my skates arrived on Sunday. Their prices are also the best I've ever seen. I got these for 400$ less then I would have paid in the states

Great service from Puck Stop. I made a mistake when ordering online and auto-populated the wrong shipping address. I emailed them fairly late in the evening and they replied promptly and sorted it out for me with no bother. Parcel has arrived a few days later. Would definitely use them again.

My son needed a full set of ice hockey kit after having his previous kit stolen. Puckstop was the obvious choice to obtain it. They carry a huge amount of stock, in all sizes and at competitive prices. Their knowledge, help and advice is always second to none. We arrived around 4.30pm on a Friday and received their usual top quality service even beyond their closing time. Nothing was too much trouble for Morgan, Matt, Neill and Tobie. Purchased 2 mugs from the website. Both had cracks. Emailed puckstop who responded very quickly and sent out replacements the same day. Arrived next day and was perfect. The cracks I the first 2 was most probably from mishandling by post. Cheers guys.

Great customer service and experience, I made a mistake on my order regarding sizing. Emailing the team who responded extremely quickly by email & and phone call. All resolved & the correct sized items where dispatched. Highly recommend and look forward to dealing with in the future.

As a total newbie to playing ice hockey, the service I received from Lenny was brilliant, he took me through the nest gear to start with and sized me up for everything to make sure I was getting the right gear. There was no pressure to buy any high end gear. Overall I think Lenny and the team spent about 2/ 2 1/2 hours with me and were happy to answer all my question. I would 100% recommend you come and shop here and support puckstop and their great team.

Excellent customer service provided from these guys. Had something out of stock on original order, had a phonecall instantly offering alternative option. I then had a faulty item from this delivery which they have sorted out with speed and ease. Very happy with how I've been dealt with.
