After many years of failed attempts of finding someone reliable and professional I found James. He has been looking after my boat for well over a year and put together an easy maintenance plan at a very good and competitive price. He is worth every penny. He is very committed and I have never found fault in his work. In fact there are times I have been on board after him only to find that he has done little things that I didn’t expect him to do. James and his team provided a top quality service to clean and polish my newly acquired Sunseeker after years of being stuck ashore and again after a lengthy period ashore this winter for repairs and maintenance. Normally I would clean my own boat but a broken foot put me out of action for many months, as a consequence the boat was looking very sad sitting thick in dirt and droppings. James was recommended by a neighbour who uses JDK to maintain his yacht and I have also seen him diligently working on several boats in the marina. I was very impressed by his cleaning, he's hard working and really pays attention, he didn't miss any areas like above the radar arch or under the bow lounger cushions. Also impressed by the photographic updates. Will definitely use again.

I have used JDK Marine for a year or so now for regular monthly wash downs of my Sealine C335. They always deliver a great job and follow up with some photos etc showing the work completed. Absolutely fantastic experience with James from JDK Marine. James did an exceptional job cleaning and polishing the topsides of our Moody 46. The end result was gleaming. He took a lot of time to talk to us about the best cleaning & polishing products and techniques to use on our boat longer term whilst we are away cruising - incredibly knowledgable and a great coach. He even stayed an extra hour to help us fix new decals on. James went over and above expectations. We would absolutely recommend his services.

We decided to ask James from JDK to do a full valet (clean, compound, wax, teak refurbishment) of our Nordhavn 72 based on recommendations from other Nordhavn owners. Despite very difficult circumstances due to other messy work that was being done to the boat, James was EXTREMELY flexible and understanding - well beyond the call of duty. The final result is fantastic and I would highly recommend JDK Marine for any similar work.
