MD Roofing Plastering

Methinks these reviews are fake - particularly as they're not verified. My experience? £2750 literally down the drain, or more precisely, down the 'bucket' as water is leaking heavily from the roof which they supposedly fixed. They ordered a cherry-picker when the real roofers in our area have been seen climbing through Velux window ands using a roof ladder. I imagine they both suffer from vertigo. I told them it's the flashing, but they looked and categorically stated in a convincing manner (ploy they use with perfection) that it's the edging concrete. They also said the the tiles need to be treated with a very expensive chemical which they would have to go and buy. No receipt and roof leaking. MD Roofing is a con - whether in their 'reviews' or when they're dealing with you face-to-face. I have required another roofer (real ones this time) and they've stated that a cherry-picker is not necessary and these guys can't be roofers in the first place if they needed one! DO NOT USE THEM. They are charlatans . The trouble is the roof is one place you cannot check for quality of work and you have to wait until it rains to find out!PLEASE, PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE WITH CHERRY ON TOP - DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We had MD roofing inspect our roof. All repairs have been made to a very high standard and PVC edging installed. Would highly recommend.

Had very bad experience with MD roofing. They plastered and paint the wall of my house. After 4 weeks all cracked up. Paid almost 3k for a job. Already waiting 2 months for this team to come and have a look why it's happend. Owner just ignoring. Very dissapointed. Be carefully with M D roofing

Martin from MD Roofing Plastering was supposed to insulate and plaster my walls after the damp proofing was done by a separate company. He delayed the day 3 times and each time I had to reschedule a number of tradesmen and my time off work. He was supposed to arrive on 26/09/22 to start work and he text that morning saying he was cancelling the job. The damp proofing was done on 23/09/22. Since 26/09 and after speaking to a number of other professionals in the field I realised he had been also giving me ill advice from the first time I met him for a quote in July'22. I am sure none of his positive reviews can be verified. He and his company are to be avoided at all costs.

Great job by Martin rang him Tuesday he started Wednesday and finished Thursday. Properly prepped and executed. Hay shed painted. A comprehensive service which I have no reservation in recommending. Thank you Martin.

Do not use MD Roofing Plastering - they do not know how to do the job. They removed our ridge tiles and don't know how to to put the new ones up. They bought the wrong size. They are are conmen.Martin is a born liar I'm only trying to protect the consumer here. He actually asked guys working up the street to do the job because they couldn't do it. They wanted paid in cash which is really tax evasion. Police are making enquires.

Had a gutter and fascia board come down with the wind. They were here early the next morning and sorted it all out for us and cleaned the gutters too. Would recommend.

We found Martin at MD Roofingto be an excellent worker as were his employees, they did a first cla job and were clean and tiny throughout the time they worked on my roof. First class job.
