Great service and excellent value from an engineer with 30+ years experience of repairing and servicing appliances. I have used this call out service a number of times over the years for various appliances. Paul is always very helpful, knowledgeable and offers excellent advice. I can’t fault his work and will continue contact him whenever I have an issue with an appliance.

Brilliant service from Paul on our AEG oven with a fault that he said he not encountered previously in his thirty years experience. Took an initial visit with a return visit after receiving the broken part to get it fully working. Took a lot of patience and effort but he never wavered in his determination to fix the problem and still charged a very reasonable fee.Would heartily recommend.

Excellent, prompt, service. Diagnosed the problem straight away, new parts fitted and fixed within 1/2 hour. Kept well informed of booking / arrival etc. Highly recommend.
