Great service and very quick. Jamie has restored and protected our front entrance vestibule which had succumbed to lots of weathering. It now looks great and is in keeping with the period features of the house.Cost wise - very reasonableService wise - no hassle and very clean and tidy

Prior to our roof renewal project commencing, Jamie was taken on as our sub-contractor to replace three stone mullions on a tenement bay window, another mullion on the rear façade and a broken stringer course which we (the client) had identified for replacement. During the roofing works, when taking off gutters, the roofer discovered that stonework tabling under the old gutter was broken in parts and badly eroded in others. Jamie did not hesitate in further accommodating us by taking on this additional work even though he had to work a few Saturdays as not to hold up the roofer/roofing works. He is a Master Stonemason with Swiss" millimetre precision. I would certainly have Jamie back in the future to carry out additional stonework repairs and indentations. He is a very pleasant

We recently had the front of our sandstone property repointed and some repairs to seven blocks carried out. We chose Jamie as he had worked on a property in our street the previous year and the work then was very impressive so we asked if he was able to provide a quote which he duly obliged free of charge.This year, we contacted Jamie again via email and were unsure if the quote was still valid. Jamie honoured the cost and was able to organise a slot at short notice. Jamie and Sean worked away for two days and the results were fantastic. The pointing and repairs has brought the stonework to life and couldn't be happier with the outcome. A combination of great customer service, very high quality of work, professional and clear communication made this a great experience. You can tell Jamie is passionate about his work and this is apparent if you get the chance to chat with him.As indicated above, the experience was second-to-none and so much so we are organising a further visit to replace the mullions. Jamie and his colleague did a fantastic job, repointing stonework at rear of tenement and a repair to stonework at the front. Job completed to a great standard, communication with Jamie was clear and all questions answered in full, kept in touch before during and after job to ensure satisfaction! Oh and turned up when he said he would and left everything clean and tidy, simple things which seem overrated by some tradespeople! Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Repairs blend in very well with existing stonework.Found them very professional, hard working, dependable and tidy. Work completed to agreed budget and timescale. Brilliant service from JT Masonry. I recently moved into a property with significant erosion of some of the external sandstone, having never needed the services of a stonemason before I wasn’t sure where to begin but came across Jamie with a google search and thought I’d give him a call due to lots of positive reviews. Jamie came out swiftly to do a quote and was very patient in talking me through the details of the repair which meant that when the quote came through there were no surprises and I understood each element. The finished work was actually beyond expectation, the sandstone has been restored with great skill and care with the finished sections blending in perfectly with the very old (150+) exterior. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

JT Masonry carried out a full repoint, stone repairs, and paint removal on my sandstone-fronted property. From the start, when scoping and quoting for the work, Jamie was very professional and patient with dealing with the many questions I had (having not employed a stonemason before), and also kept me up to date in the runup to the start of the job. During the work, both Jamie and Shawn worked diligently and effectively, and I appreciated the clean-up at the end of each day.
