We needed a taxi large enough to bring our son and his family from Heathrow Airport on their journey to York. However, just before the appointed date, Gary phoned me to say that his vehicle was in the garage needing vital work to be done. I was most concerned but I need not have been as he had already made a contingency plan, using two alternative drivers, Andy and Paul, and their vehicles. They were equally as reliable, professional and courteous as Gary.Gary's vehicle was ready in time for their journey back to Heathrow to return to New Zealand.We agree with others who say great communication and punctuality" and "highly recommended".
