Harry is the nicest and most helpful person you could ever meet he only has a repair shop and an online shop so he invited me and my wife to his repair shop to look at some of the clocks that he was repairing and testing so that we could get a fell for the size and style we would like needles to say there was one in for repair that was a few years old and we both said we wanted that one Harry showed us one on his shop but it was slightly different than the one in his shop we was there over Christmas time so i knew it would be hard to sort this out for us so Harry said that he would make some call the first week of new year and true to his word he called me the Tuesday but he said that it was available but as a to order only as they no longer make this one only as a special order only he as said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to be made and sent out i said go ahead and again its come in the time scale and what a lovey clock not put it up yet but if i sounds as it looks then WOW wish there was a 10 staronce again thank you for your hard work Harry in getting me the clock i wanted and not one that i would has liked

Easy five star review; Harry is helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and was worth every penny. He took my wife's clock, that her deceased father had given her in 1985, and hadn't worked in an age, and it's now on the wall keeping good time and cuckooing away. You need a specialist like Harry, as many/most watch repair places won't touch cuckoo clocks. If you've a cuckoo clock that needs work, look no further.

19/08/2020I have just had my Cuckoo clock repaired by Harry at The cuckoo Clock ShopFrom start to Finnish a very pleasant experience. I dropped it off keeping social distancing . Harry came out to take my clock and reassured me that it would be repaired serviced and running like clockworkit is.It was post back to me by Royal Mail with a tracking number. The clock arrived with clear instructions on how to remove the bellow clips very straight forward . The clock was very very well packed , to be honest it could have been parachuted in it was so well packed. I have no problem giving this company 5 stars 10 out of 10Thank you Harry

I absolutely cannot fault this man and his service. I asked him to repair my two old clocks before Christmas and he did a brilliant job. The time taken was excellent and fair. The price charged was very very fair. He posted back with excellent packaging. After a couple of false starts the clocks are working perfectly. Thank you Harry for an excellent job.

Harry at Cuckoo Clock Manchester has repaired my clock twice. He is extremely knowledgeable about the workings and technical issues of these clocks. I drive 180 mile round trip as would never want anyone else to look at my clock.Well worth the drive to Manchester to get the service and expertise from someone who knows their stuff!

Harry cleaned and repaired a much loved clock that had been neglected over the years. A personable chap, he explained the likely repairs and costs up front so that there would be no misunderstandings, communication was good and he did a first class job. I would recommend him.

We've had our Cuckoo clock for over 10 years now. One of the Granchilden decided to stop it over Christmas which turned out to be a permanent stop. Never having a problem with it before we did not know what to do. Having trolled the internet decided CuckooClocks.co.uk seemed a good prospect. Extremely glad we went to them. Was told a cost for investigation up front, took the plunge and sent our clock to Manchester not expecting to see or hear anything for a couple of weeks.
