Beautiful rooms, excellent service. really nice outdoor seated area for guests. hosts were very friendly and accommodating (we arrived back from a gig in Nottingham at 2am!) we missed breakfast after waking late but were left cereal in the kitchen area. Rock cakes were a really nice welcoming touch :) All round excellent experience, would definitely recommend to everyone!

LovelyVery clean, very pretty, everything you need in the room plus use of a kitchen which is also very clean. Excellent service and fabulous food. Can't fault in anyway.Great location, walking distance to Derby Royal Hospital
