An amazing experience at the Yoga retreat day. Cathy created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where people connect with new friends and reflect on healthy lifestyles. The sessions were both invigorating and relaxing, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Cathy's teachings were insightful and inspiring. Highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a day of mindfulness and self-discovery.

Yoga Healing Therapy
I have just completed another great workshop held by Cathy. There is so much to gain from Cathy's style of teaching. We celebrated and learnt about the story of Diwali. I have experienced a challenging time recently, but in 3 hours my body and mind felt redirected to quite literally the light! Although a group of people, each person received individual guidance/modifications for poses. Cathy along with the physical, pays attention to the mindset, to nurture positivity a much needed reminder by most of us in order to face and cope with the stresses we all have at some point in our lives. I am very grateful for the workshop, I highly recommend it, we all deserve a little time to focus on ourselves. I will be back again!Life often gets in the way of us taking the time to nurture ourselves, even just to take a deep breath. After the Yoga workshop, in just a few hours, I feel invigorated, energised but also peaceful. Cathy has a way of creating a comfortable community amongst students to practise yoga, focusing not just on the body but the mind too. All modifications are considered, mentioned and there is no pressure, making it a safe Yoga practise no matter your experience, good vocal cues to help you with poses. What a great holistic experience and good encouragement to make yoga a part of my daily life. Thank you Cathy!

Cathy is a passionate experienced yogi. I have known her for 15 years and her classes are magical. They are all different and I always feel better after wards. She usually picks a theme/ message that is so relevant to me on that day. A big focus on breath - so important. I particularly love the classes outside in Holland Park.

Yoga Healing Therapy
Cathy is a great teacher! I have been practicing with her once a week for over 6 years and she focusses sessions on the breathing and relaxation techniques, which is just what I need after a busy week of work.Classes are collective or private but Cathy really focusses on your particular needs.On a sunny day, your class might even be outside in a park which is a great plus!

Cathy has a lovely and calm personality, she welcomed me into her home and had a peaceful spacious room for our session. It had views to the outdoors which was a brilliant touch and I felt refreshed and revitalised for the rest of the day. I would highly recommend a one to one as she really was able to concentrate on my energy which made the experience even better!
