My daughter was a first time buyer and also self-employed. Adam from Lloyd Wells helped considerably in putting her mortgage application together and also advised on how she could increase her mortgage once she was able to present a further set of accounts. He completely understood her needs and could not have been more helpful. Pleased to confirm she did obtain her mortgage and with the minimum of fuss.I had tried several mortgage advisers before approaching Lloyd Wells and Adam easily stood out from the rest.
