Large pet store with a wide selection of different animal supplies..they also sell small animals like rabbits and hamsters, and fish. Vetenary surgery and dog groomers also based upstairs. Easy parking outside.

Nice big shop got things you need. You can buy phat hampters that yawn big as well as guinea-pigs, rabbits and fish. There is a vet sign up place at the top? And a grooming station. When i went [tuesday] things where restocked so i didnt get what i needed but the label was on the shelf so good to know its in store.

Pets at Home Selly Oak impressed me with their exceptional organization and attentive pet care. The staff ensures a smooth experience for pet owners, and the facility is well-managed. However, it would be helpful if dog owners were reminded not to enter the cat waiting area. This simple adjustment would create a more anxiety-free environment for our feline friends. My bunny was sick so I got an appointment the same day. Vet was good everything was OK. The bill was 63 pounds. I have a 50 pounds excess on my insurance policy. I made a claim for the 13 pounds. However the vet practice wanted to charge me 15 pounds to handle the claim which would have left me out of pocket so I cancelled the claim which did annoy me.

Great sized Pets at Home with a huge range. As a small pet owner, it’s frequently disappointing how out of stock their small pet range is, I often arrive to find they don’t have my bedding, food or a poor selection of toys/cage items. Service is really friendly but seldom have more than one person on the tills and you can be waiting a while.

Not much storage, most of the shelves are empty. Hamster corner has no hamster, and cleaning session has no wipes for pets.I could buy more pets supplies from any supermarket than this pets supplies shop.

Myself and my colleague were served by a young girl called Tally today, she was very helpful, polite and we feel she deserves to be congratulated on this.The staff generally go above and beyond but Tally gave us that little bit extra.Thank you Tally
