My new computer died. So I contacted HP and because I bought my computer in Canada ( 3 months ago) before moving to Newquay they were not going to exchange or repair it even though it's on a warranty. I definitely will never buy HP!!!I desperately needed a computer because it's my work tool. I am an on-line language interpreter. So I looked on Google and found Luke. He was very busy but made sure he saw me the same day. He was going to drive to my house, but I didn't want him to take more time than needed. I finally bought one of his computer, which I am very happy with. Luke is very knowledgeable, and doesn't make you spend money you don't need to. He is a very nice person and obviously very honest. I feel very safe now that if anything happens to my computer, he will be there to fix it. He is a perfectionist and is very patient and he made sure my computer was working for my needs. He is amazing!

I contacted Luke as I had two computers and a tablet which had virtually ground to a halt. Luke was totally reliable on all communications regarding the job, and came to our home. He is very personable and put a non techie like myself at ease! He was very upfront on the cost of the work, and honoured what he quoted, despite the fact that the job took a lot of his time due to my software problems. Best of all was his willingness to answer absolutely any computer related questions I had, and share extra tips and knowledge that will make my life much easier! All machines are as new, and I don’t hesitate to recommend. Luke also helped me buy a new printer and helped me over the phone to install it a week later. Thank you Luke.
