We received excellent service at Zarkeys. The plastic had broken on our car key which ment I couldn't put the key on a ring.I had visited many so called car key specialists but none could help due to the chip in my key.The man at Zarkeys managed to break the plastic some more and get the chip out and into another key. Only took about 10 mins to sort out.Can't fault the service received and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Brilliant service from Zarkeys! The gentleman there replaced the battery in an old watch that I hadn't used for years. It appeared to work at first but played up so I took it back for him to look at. He did so but found he was unable to repair it due to its age. He didn't charge me for looking at it, recommended somewhere that might be able to fix it, and even wanted to refund the battery cost! I declined his very generous offer as he had spent time on it and he'd left the new battery in. I can't speak highly enough of them.

We use regular for watch batteries, straps, shoe repairs etc etc. Warm welcome and service always with a smile. Good prices charged. Glad stowmarket has a place like this.

Had a pair of lace up business shoes resoled and reheeled last week. They did a fantastic job. Shoes looked as good as new. I normally use a chain store but the work here was far superior. Will definitely use again.

My first thought when needing shoe repair. Every time I've been the service has been thorough, fast and the charges are incredibly inexpensive. Always a good job and good advice given, would highly recommend!
