Requested follow up appointment last Friday for further questions after being given chemo cream for a suspect mole. The nurse basically wanted me in and out within minutes (not even 10 minutes given). Not interested with my concerns in the least. Asked her to check skin on my ear but she didn't have time and said would have to make another appointment for Monday. Shameful because it would have taken seconds to check and someone else could have had todays appointment.

I'm posting on behalf of my mam who recieved the most fantastic service from one of the receptionists (Lynne Donaldson). Lynne was very caring, compassionate and empathetic with my mam at a time when my mam really needed it. Lynne has a very professional and caring attitude normally but really shone in going the extra mile.Thank you Lynne for looking after my mam and treating her so lovely.

complained about the length of time it takes to answer a call, and was threatened with suspension from the surgery. I was then asked to wait 3 days for a phone appointment with a practice nurse. totally useless service!!

I visited the health centre this morning the footpath around the entrance was an accident waiting to happen I heard this mentioned at reception and the answer was we cannot do anything about it. 20 meters along the road is a yellow grit box surely that is why its there, to enable the staff to make sure the patients are safe while we have icy conditions... why does no one seem to care anymore

The receptionist here think they are the doctors. You have to have a doctors appointment with the receptionist so they can see if itsworthy of the doctors time. If you state you dont want to discuss it with the Receptionist they will refuse you an appointment. Absolutely discusting!

Receptionist is totally rude honestly worst service Wont even see a patient who’s had a heart attack to review medication. Can’t even find medication on there system. Can’t even find on there system who’s rang you honestly it’s a joke and they way your treated and looked at is disgusting

Some Receptionist are very rude and think they are doctors.every time you ring it 45 minutes to get through. Been with this doctors for25 years doctor are lovely. Same Receptionist need training on how to speak to people looking for new doctors surgery NOW rather suffer in slights than contract the doctors

Unbelievable this surgery been on medication for 13 years 3 years with these now all of a sudden they want me of it. I’ve never met the doctor who’s doing this and all I get is a 5 minute phone call never met in person and they certainly don’t understand how coming off this medication will affect my life and my family’s life. Even with the consultant and pain clinic on my side this doctor is not listening, this is my life and my pain I’ll get and it will put me back in bed. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEM. Just to appease there records not the patient. I will be complaining to everyone I can to stop these part time gps doing this!!!

Absolutely amazing been with them for over a year, they've helped every time I've called, can usually get straight threw. I was extremely ill and needed to be admitted into hospital an ambulance from the surgery to the hospital was taking forever to arrive so the dr who had seen me said if it wasn't there with in 30 minutes she would pay for a taxi out of her own pocket to get me there, once admitted into hospital I spent a few days there the gp called to check up on me as see if I was any better ☺️ excellent team excellent service ☺️ thank you so much
