Very disrespectful with employees, can tell you they don't need you even if you are very good and reliable person,you never miss Mondays turn up on time and trying to give best work you can do. My partner worked more than a year and one of leading mangers Donatas send him home saying we don't need you anymore only because they asked him go to another site,where was really far distance and is not convenient to travel. So anyone will decide to join this company be aware they don't care about you and pleasant work environment
