Had my door accidentally damaged last week. I contacted Jason the following morning and within a couple of hours he was round my house measuring up to fit another door. He came out with a team within a few days and fitted the new door. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in this trade and knows what he is doing. He also has brilliant customer service skills and his prices are very good. He has done an absolute fantastic job and would recommend him to anyone who needs a new garage door. Best in Swansea!

Recently changed our 25yr old 10ft manual garage door. Researched for best price and quality and found JG Garage Doors to be the most competitive company and ordered a new electric roller door. We were not disappointed with the quality or the cost of the door. In particular the fitting was quick, clean and carried out in a highly professional manner by Jason and his colleague. Contacted Jason by email on Sunday explaining the problem. His wife answered saying Jason was out and would get in touch on his return. He did that and after a conversation and sending photographs of the electric doors he gave me a price to replace control box and motor or replace completely. I opted for the repair and he then arrived the next morning on time, carried out the job exactly as discussed, for the price agreed and now they work perfectly. He, and his colleague, worked in cramped conditions because my garage was full of junk up close to the doors.Would thoroughly recommend .

I contacted Jason after questionable advice and quote from a national company. Jason fit us in quickly, his communication was excellent and he was very professional. His advice was different to the competitor and saved us a huge bill. I’m pleased with the work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to book him again.

What can I say! Very impressed with the service from Jason and Taylor. I rung them this morning and they arrived when they said, followed by a courtesy call first. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Also it was lovely to have somebody who doesnt rip you off! Highly recommend and will definitely use again! Thank you very much!
