We went to warrens today to buy some doughnuts we were told they have been reduced to £1.50 from £6 and when we paid it came to £6 and they still said it was £6 when they clearly said 1.50 this isn't the first time we have been scammed by warrens and will never come here ever again.

Can't fault the taste of the pasty, which is fundamental for a shop built around its famous pasties. Coffee was pretty good too.The only real criticism of this place is that it wasn't ideally suited to seating people, being quite a narrow premises. We felt quite crammed in, and you have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs (and borrow a key) to get to the toilet.

Has gone downhill in a major way. Seems to have stopped all vegan options and no longer has any plant milk, staff look depressed, seats always empty. Had to buy a veggie pasty which was tiny with no flavour. So weird when all the other cafes in town have expanded their menus to cater for different diets.

Friendly staff. Sells usual Cornish Pasties, Cake's, Cream teas, Coffees. Small seating area. Offers Takeaways, aswell as indoor eating. 1 small toilet which is up a flight of stairs as is seating area, so no good for Wheelchair user's.

All staff were friendly, polite and accommodating at the Redruth branch. Great service with genuine passion for what they do. A real asset to the Warren bakery business. In house service when we ate in, having the cream tea and scones was a real pleasure to experience. The flavoured scones were truly scrumptious! We loved the blueberry and lemon posset scones and the salted caramel flavours offered to us based on their recommendations. We loved them so much we wanted another 6 more to take home but unfortunately only 3 more were available on the Wednesday afternoon as we wanted more to take home on our trip back to London. However they offered to take a pre-order for us making us 6 fresh scones, 3 more salted caramel and 3 more blueberry & lemon to collect the follow morning on Thursday the 28/09. On arriving the following morning before our long road trip back, as promised all 6 scones were freshly made for us to take home before our long drive back. Regret not ordering more however, enjoyed the ones we did get to take home. Will make sure to come back to the Redruth branch next time we're back in Cornwall. Keep up the great work to all the team involved. Jonathan & Vivien.xx

Popped in at 4:30 to grab some pasties with our family. Ladies there were polite and the pasties were good. Tasted event better given that they were reduced in price.Am a bit surprised to see so many poor reviews online but many of these are quite old now.

I have found the staff to be pleasant and respectful. Their steak pasty delicious. Cakes also, I have yet to try their saffron buns so have that to look forward to. Just can't have too many as I don't want to regain the weight I've just lost with eating too many nice cakes and pasties. Well done!!

Had that feeling staff are there as a punishment, pasty make my stomach funny, with ending in 3 journeys to toilet later on. I'm not going to recommend this place.

Dirty, greasy and staff who could barely be bothered to move or serve. The pasties we ate must have been the oldest baked in Cornwall that day. Barely warm, mostly filled with cheap veg and pastry that was heavy enough to sink a battle ship. A depressing eating experience, in a depressing eatery in a depressing town.Avoid this place and, I assume, all others trading under the same name.I am unconnected with anyone in any catering industry and have nothing to gain from a poor review. However, where-ever we went in South Cornwall we saw the Warren chain of shops making big claims on the quality of their products so were eventually seduced into eating their product. Wadd-a-mistaka-to-make-a.

Staff was friendly and the place looked clean and tidy but the traditional pasty was very over priced with very little meat in it. Looked at buying some doughnuts but they was over priced aswell. You can get alot more value for money elsewhere.
